2025-0008489 Senior UX Researcher - Democratization Program Manager

About the position

We are looking for a UX Research Democratization Program Manager to lead our established Research Democratization program. This role will work with design leadership and vendors to continue to expand the Research Democratization program and ensure active engagement of program alumni while leveraging standardization and developing processes to ensure quality. This role will work with design, risk and research teams to train designers in basic usability methods and oversee the research work of alumni.

Responsibilities

• Training designers to conduct simple usability studies.
• Overseeing alumni research work to ensure quality and adherence to U.S. Bank research risk processes.
• Managing the UX Research Democratization program to meet KPIs and ensure success for trainees, alumni and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis on UX, design research, psychology, journalism, social science or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of UX design research experience.
