About The Position
The Instructional Aide assists the Teachers and/or Administration in maintaining appropriate activities and an environment to enable children to learn, and contributes their talents to maintain an excellent program and positive school culture at the charter schools within The Academies Charter Management Organization. The Instructional Aide is directly responsible to the Teacher to whom they are assigned and to the Vice Principal.
