About The Position
The School Counselor at Nina Otero Community School is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive school counseling and guidance program that aligns with the mission and goals of the Santa Fe Public Schools (SFPS). This role focuses on providing academic, career, and personal/social guidance to elementary school students, utilizing the ASCA National Model. The counselor will deliver classroom guidance lessons, support student achievement, and facilitate referrals to community resources as needed.
