About The Position

The Supply and Trading (S&T) Internship at Chevron offers students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the energy trading sector. As part of the Texas A&M Trading, Risk and Investment Program (TRIP), interns will work closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment, focusing on commodity commercial activities across various segments of the energy industry. This internship serves as a critical entry point for students aspiring to pursue careers in analytical and trading/commercial roles within Chevron.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business and/or commercial analysis for refined products, crude, renewables, carbon, natural gas, and NGLs.
• Support S&T operations including marine, pipeline, and rail scheduling.
• Conduct shipping operations and demurrage analysis.
• Engage in risk management and credit analysis.
• Participate in downstream value chain optimization analysis.
• Contribute to value chain strategy and commercial decision analysis.
