About The Position

The Procurement/Supply Chain Management (P/SCM) Development Program (PSCMDP) Intern position at Chevron offers a unique opportunity for first-year MBA or Master's students to gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain management. Requirements

• First-year MBA or Master's student with an interest in Procurement/Supply Chain Management.

• Prior internship or work experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.

• Demonstrated leadership potential and innovative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various supply chain analyses, including internal and external market research studies.
• Perform data and process analysis to support innovative digital solutions.
• Assist in strategic sourcing, negotiations strategy, and execution.
• Engage in business process improvement across logistics, contracting, and inventory management.
• Evaluate and deploy digital solutions, including change management.
• Benchmark performance and implement recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct market intelligence for existing and new products/services.
• Manage projects across the end-to-end global supply chain.
