About The Position

The A&F Leadership Development Programs are highly competitive initiatives designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.). These programs are unique due to their entrepreneurial structure, providing participants with immediate exposure to senior-level leaders and a pathway to significant career advancement. The programs are tailored for motivated, creative, and strategic individuals who are natural leaders and eager to drive results in a collaborative environment. Participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum that includes a combination of classroom sessions and on-the-job training, ensuring a well-rounded experience. Each participant will be paired with a mentor who will guide their learning and development throughout the program. The program also features interactive presentations from various senior leaders, fostering an open and inclusive learning environment among fellow associates. Additionally, integrated social activities will help participants transition smoothly to Columbus and adapt to the unique corporate culture at A&F. The program prepares participants to effectively manage a portion of the business in critical areas at the Home Office, including Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Finance, Digital & Technology, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. Each area offers distinct responsibilities and opportunities for growth, allowing participants to gain valuable insights and skills that will be essential for their future careers.
