About The Position

Chevron is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to support operating facilities through the application of technical engineering knowledge and project management skills. Interns will work on projects aimed at optimizing facilities, providing technical support for turnarounds, and developing technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce carbon impact. Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Strong academic performance in core programs.

Responsibilities

• Optimize facilities to deliver maximum value safely and reliably.
• Provide technical engineering support for turnarounds and projects.
• Develop and/or deploy industry-leading technologies to reduce carbon, increase efficiency, and maximize returns.
• Use digitalization and data analytics to improve process operations and safety.
