About The Position

Chevron is seeking Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Engineering Interns to support operating facilities through technical engineering knowledge and project management skills. Interns will work on projects aimed at optimizing facilities, providing technical support for turnarounds, and deploying technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce carbon impact. This internship offers a pathway to full-time positions and participation in Chevron's Horizons Program for early-career development.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Strong academic performance in core programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support operating facilities through the application of technical engineering knowledge.
  • Optimize facilities to deliver maximum value safely and reliably.
  • Provide technical engineering support for turnarounds and projects.
  • Develop and deploy industry-leading technologies to reduce carbon and increase efficiency.
  • Use digitalization and data analytics to improve process operations and safety.
