About The Position
The A&F Leadership Development Programs are designed to cultivate future leaders within Abercrombie & Fitch through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on experience. Participants will engage with senior leaders, receive mentorship, and develop skills in various design roles, including Apparel Design, Technical Design, CAD Design, and Graphic Apparel Design. This program aims to prepare candidates to manage critical business areas effectively while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
