About The Position
The Villages Charter School Autism Center is seeking a Guidance Counselor who will also serve as an ESE Staffing Specialist. This role is dedicated to supporting the educational, social, and emotional development of students on the autism spectrum through individualized instruction and specialized programs. The counselor will work closely with students, families, and staff to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and learning, utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
