As a Network Engineer III, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity, optimal performance, and security. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address network-related issues, contribute to network design discussions, and implement best practices to support our growing technology needs by helping to design and support network elements.   • Assist in designing, configuring, and maintaining LAN/WAN/wireless networks, including hardware like routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs.
  • Monitor network performance, resolve connectivity and latency issues, and perform disaster recovery, backups, and restores.
  • Collaborate on implementing security measures (firewalls, IDS, access controls), ensure change management compliance, and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Support administrators and developers, guide junior team members, and contribute to capacity planning and network expansion.
  • Evaluate new networking technologies, maintain inventory and warranty data, and manage voice/data circuits and cabling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), network security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and tools like Cisco IOS, ACS, WCS, WLC, MARS, and Stealth Watch.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and strong collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
  • CCNP Wireless or CCNP Voice preferred.
