As a 200 Manual Press Operator, you'll be part of our Pressroom team located in Willard, Ohio. You'll get to operate manual presses and ensure the proper stacking of parts, understand and ensure the safe operation of the presses and other similar equipment, abide by all SBD Willard safety policies, and follow all applicable ISO standards & procedures to ensure quality standards are met. You will demonstrate understanding of equipment by completion of a 30-day training form, recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and perform departmental tasks as assigned by the Stamping Supervisor or Group Leader.
