About The Position

The position requires a knowledgeable and experienced individual in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs specifically for intelligence organizations. The candidate must have a strong background in assessing and executing training requirements and alternatives, which include platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, and interactive multimedia instruction. Additionally, the role involves the development of necessary training materials, products, and documentation, as well as the capability to instruct personnel using prepared course material. The position also requires availability for travel to various training locations and demands strong written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

• Must have experience as a primary or alternate staff officer in a JTF J2X or CCMD J2X.
• At least one deployment in the capacity of a staff officer in intelligence organizations.
• Considered a Subject Matter Expert in either Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), or Operations Support.
• At least six years of Federal Government experience as a credentialed Counterintelligence Agent with a service-specific CI MOS or CI career path.
• Three years of experience as a primary or deputy Counterintelligence Staff Officer at a CJ-2X, J-2X, JTF 2X, or other joint CI oriented staff/leadership position, including at least one six-month deployment in a Joint Operations Area (JOA).
• Minimum of a Top-secret clearance required with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
