About The Position
The 2nd Shift Cryovac Maintenance Technician at JBS USA is responsible for managing all aspects of CRYOVAC maintenance, including preventive maintenance (PM), operations, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of maintenance employees. The role requires close collaboration with other maintenance and production supervisors to promote teamwork and efficiency within the department. The technician will also be responsible for training employees, monitoring machinery and equipment maintenance, and attending scheduled meetings. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including weekends as needed.
