Requirements

• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must successfully pass a forklift operator’s test.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Unload truck and store product on the floor.
• Manually unload stacks of full baskets from the trailer.
• Pick Bakery orders, which requires the manual pick of baskets at vertical heights equivalent to 16 layers high.
• Load trucks with Bakery orders.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve in the role of 5S Leader.
• Participate in all audits (i.e. Daily Sweep, Weekly Spot, etc.).
• Display a positive attitude and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
