About The Position

The 2 Go/Kiosk Associate is responsible for preparing and serving all products offered by the 2 Go Food Express Kiosk at Jackpot Junction. This role includes delivering food and beverages to Bingo players, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining portion control, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet. The associate will also handle cash control, operate the Micros POS terminal, and follow proper cash handling procedures. The position requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous fast food experience preferred, but not required.
• Highly self-motivated and dependable.
• Consistently high-performing.
• Knowledge of product and facility.
• Knowledge of sanitary practices.
• Safe and sanitary knife skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all products offered by the 2 Go Food Express Kiosk.
• Deliver food and beverages to Bingo players as requested.
• Operate kitchen equipment.
• Maintain portion control.
• Utilize proper stocking and rotation procedures.
• Operate Micros POS terminal.
• Assume responsibility for cash control.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Accept payment from guests.
• Balance cash drawer.
• Learn product logistics.
• Adhere to safety procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of outlet on a daily basis.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
