About The Position

The 2D & 3D Visualizer at Baker Barrios Architects will play a crucial role in creating photorealistic 3D imagery for hospitality interior projects. This position supports senior staff and involves translating design concepts into detailed visualizations, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client specifications and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Interior Design or Architecture program preferred.
• 3 - 7 years' experience in a professional Interior Design or Architectural office.
• Hospitality design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, REVIT, and other relevant 3D CAD programs.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, rendering techniques, and post-production processes.
• Proven experience in creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations, particularly within the hospitality or interior design sector.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex design briefs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with design and project teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• A portfolio showcasing 3D visualizations, ideally with a focus on hospitality interiors.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of other rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members to translate design concepts into detailed, high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Create photorealistic renders of hospitality interior spaces at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure visual outputs meet project specifications, client requirements, and deadlines.
• Provide detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to create accurate representations of interior designs.
• Conduct post-production work on renders, refining and enhancing visuals for final presentations.
• Maintain and update 3D libraries, templates, and assets to ensure consistency across projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D visualization trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
