About The Position

Join our team at McDonald's as a Crew Member, where you can work part-time while pursuing your full-time ambitions. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to work during breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends. This position provides an opportunity for growth through top-notch training and our Archways to Opportunity education programs, which include high school completion courses, college tuition assistance, and English language courses. As a Crew Member, you will connect with customers, help them order their favorite meals, prepare our world-famous food, and work alongside other crew members and managers to meet daily goals while maintaining a fantastic restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Closing Crew Member.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald's world-famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
