Entry-level, Union Position - pay is $20.91 per hour (plus $.75/hour when working night shift). Per Union Contract, pay will increase to $25.40 per hour after just 1 year of employment ! The ability to work Rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a – switching every 4 weeks) Commitment to join the United Steelworkers (USW) Union upon being hired? The ability to work on your feet, lifting/pushing/pulling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We produce molded fiber trays for packaging and shipping apples, avocados, eggs and wine bottles.

Requirements

The ability to work Rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a – switching every 4 weeks)
Commitment to join the United Steelworkers (USW) Union upon being hired

A “Can Do” attitude with a proven track record of reliability
