As a 1st Shift Warehouse Selector, you will be part of our Distribution Center located at 1500 N River Road Lithia Springs, GA 30122. The pay starts at $20.29/hour, with opportunities for two pay raises in your first year. You can earn more per hour for speed and efficiency. The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday, with Friday and Saturdays off, and the shift runs from 6AM to Finish (10-12+ hour shifts vary based on work volume).

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center (not required, training provided).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Select orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Lift up to 100 pounds and work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Follow verbal instructions and read labels, pick lists, scanners, and signage.
• Complete paperwork related to order processing and delivery.
