About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with cherry picker experience to join our team in Franklin, MA. This full-time position involves processing orders, receiving shipments, and utilizing material handling equipment to ensure efficient warehouse operations. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Must adhere to all safety rules and requirements.
• Must be computer literate to utilize the company system for documentation.
• Familiarity with electric pallet jack and forklift is a plus.
• Must have cherry picker experience.
• Must submit to and pass a background check.
• Bar-code scanning experience is helpful.
• Must be willing to learn WMS technology.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move heavy items.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• IT experience
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders generated through the warehouse management system.
• Picking orders to be shipped, ensuring correct labels and paperwork are applied before shipping.
• Receiving shipments, ensuring counts match, and assisting in resolving discrepancies while updating the WMS system.
• Utilizing material handling equipment safely and efficiently to transport products to shipping lanes.
