Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay: $22.38 (min) - $27.98 (mid) - $33.58 (max) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

  • Clean, assemble and inspect parts per applicable work instructions.
  • Communicate information to others about project status, updates, specific instructions etc.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manufacture/inspect production parts using welding processes and procedures.
  • Basic assessment of weld parameter inputs and make adjustments during welding.
  • Identify nonconforming material according to procedures.
  • Keep work area clean and organized, and maintain safety in manufacturing areas.
  • Promote teamwork within the organization.
  • Maintain good attendance.
  • Perform Mechanical Assembler or other related duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than 2 years of previous tacking and TIG welding experience.
  • Must be able to pass appropriate welder competency testing and requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of current welding technologies.
  • Ability to use computer and web-based systems to input, access, modify or output information.
  • Requires verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manual dexterity or the ability to work quickly with hands and strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of and the ability to adhere to department safety rules.
  • Basic ability to perform simple arithmetic computations.
  • Basic awareness of how quality impacts success or the organization.
  • Basic ability to process multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic ability to see details clearly to accomplish work tasks.
