About The Position

The Spot Driver position is located in the Shipping department at our Tupelo, MS facility. This role primarily involves spotting trailers in and out of the dock doors, ensuring efficient operations within the shipping area. The position requires a focus on maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work environment while adhering to company principles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Current CDL license.
• Ability to operate a spot truck and fuel pump.
• Ability to read gauges.
• OTR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spot trailers on the yard and dock doors.
• Perform daily trailer checks.
• Refuel refers when necessary.
• Keep areas in front of dock doors clean.
• Clean under dock plates when necessary.
• Demonstrate 6S principles.
• Work on the dock stacking and stretch wrapping product.
