About The Position

This position reports directly to the Shipping Supervisor. The role involves various physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and moving materials up to 50 lbs. The employee will be required to stand or walk for an entire shift (10 hours) and must be able to read measurements, work with numbers, and use handheld tools such as pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills. Responsibilities include understanding how to stack pallets appropriately, sorting, staging, and shrink wrapping all pallets, pulling orders for shipment, verifying pallet counts, and loading onto trucks. The employee will also stage pallets and/or load them into trucks when ready.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (10 hours).
• Ability to read measurements and work with numbers.
• Experience using handheld tools including pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
