Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility for a group of direct reports/team.
Possess good communication skills.
Exhibit basic problem-solving skills, to determine root cause, and propose possible solution.
Ability to provide coaching and direction to associates in accordance with established policies and procedures with a focus on maximizing performance in a safe manner.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Experience using RF devices
Good computer skills.
