About The Position

As a Quality Inspector, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH. You will be responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint and inspecting hardware using various inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc. You will review work orders for completion of operations and required documentation, review the ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information, and review raw material certificates to ensure conformity to industry or internal standards. Additionally, you will provide manufacturing technical support as a GD&T subject matter expert and support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system. You will also interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services, and products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training
• Extensive experience in calibration and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities
