Requirements

• Follow USDA/SQF and GMP guidelines.
• Stay focused on quality while maintaining speed.
• Ability to work in a 38°F environment.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to push/pull up to 500 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Put together equipment and assist with line setup.
• Weigh rework and record information on proper documentation.
• Take empty used carts directly to cart wash for cleaning.
• Maintain a steady flow of product into the stuffer to minimize downtime.
• Assist on the line to help reduce downtime when possible.
• Communicate with Processing Machine Operator and line personnel to minimize preventable rejected product.
• Disassemble equipment at the end of the run for sanitation crew.
• Wash equipment as needed for product changeovers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow the color code system regarding food safety.
• Turn in paperwork at the end of the day to the correct person.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
