  • Support screen print operator by preparing screens and tools, participating in initial inspection, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to address quality concerns and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure product quality and timely delivery by following inspecting and tagging garments, and communicating with the screen print team.
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail to review work orders.
  • Pick/stack boxes (up to 50 lbs) onto a pallet jack.
  • Push/pull a pallet jack.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Proven steady work history.
  • Comfortable working in moderate to hot temperatures, with potential exposure to chemicals and fumes.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours a day.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Must pass a 4-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check.
  • GED or High School Diploma required.
