About The Position
A Production II associate is responsible for multiple duties including restocking, order audit, and picking orders. The role involves quickly and accurately picking products from designated locations and either placing them into cartons on a pre-built pick cart or into totes as directed by the hand-scanner. The associate will also restock products into designated locations, inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped. Additionally, the associate will operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit, check out equipment, and ensure it is returned in the same condition. Meeting minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines is essential.
