There's a seat at our table for you... 1st Shift Part-time Warehouse Selector Distribution Center Address: 225 Solar Dr., Imperial, PA Pay: Starting at $20.29/hour Plus earn two pay raises in your first year Earn more per hour for speed and efficiency Work Schedule Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday work week, with Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays off 1st Shift - 12PM until 5PM or until finish (shifts may vary based on work volume). Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours of work, you’ll be lifting up to 100 pounds, and you’ll be asked to work in our freezer, but there’s no experience required - we train you how to get the job done with our dedicated training team. Selecting is hard work, so we’ll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency- the better you perform, the more you earn. On average, our selectors take home 122% of their base salary!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with working in cold storage conditions.

Responsibilities

• Select orders in the warehouse for delivery to customers.
• Work in extreme cold or hot conditions as required.
• Lift up to 100 pounds as part of the job.
• Follow verbal instructions and complete paperwork.
• Communicate effectively in English to read labels and pick lists.
