About The Position

As a part-time worker, you will be assigned to work rotationally floating between Assembly/Resize, Fabrication, Finishing and other departments as assigned. Trainers will be assigned to assist in the learning process.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and/or enrolled in the Work Based Learning Program (Thomas County or Thomasville City Schools).
• Fine motor dexterity skills required to maintain quality and productivity.
• Basic problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; Conflict resolution skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task, adaptable and an analytical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Work rotationally between Assembly/Resize, Fabrication, Finishing and other departments as assigned.
• Utilize Micrometers, gauges, and other hand-tools for measuring and inspecting.
• Read and follow instructions outlined in production documents.

• Pay: $15.00/hour (paid weekly)
