About The Position

The 1st Shift Operator position involves working with tape and reel equipment, performing BGA deballing/reballing, and manually loading matrix trays with tweezers for machine presentation. The operator will translate customer specifications and drawings and assist with various operations to maintain workflow and meet schedules and quality requirements. The role also includes maintaining a safe work area, participating in meetings, and following clean room and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Previous working experience in an ESD setting preferred.
• Experience with JESD 625 - JEDEC STANDARD Requirements for Handling.
• General knowledge of J-STD-001 Soldered Electrical & Electronic Assemblies.
• General knowledge of AS9100 as well as ISO 9001:2008.

• Mechanically inclined individual.
• Strong hands-on approach to Quality Inspection.
• Ability to exercise flexibility with quickly changing data requests.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
