About The Position

The Operations Associate/Order Puller role at APMEX involves managing the operations related to filling, checking, and delivering customer orders in a timely manner. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening including criminal, credit inquiries, and drug screen.
• Experience pulling and packing in distribution or warehousing centers is a plus, but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in roles that involve frequent movement while accomplishing tasks efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Fill, double check, and receive all customer orders.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all orders.
• Organize and integrate all products into the vault.
• Authenticate all Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium received by APMEX.
• Efficiently pull customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct products are shipped.
• Transport orders to the double checking area, stencil, tag, or mark orders.
• Repack and weigh orders as necessary and report quality variances.
• Verify orders match the enclosed customer purchase order.
• Conduct physical inventories as required.
• Cross-train in different departments based on business needs.
