About The Position

The 1st Shift Manufacturing Associate at Genesis Products is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements

• Industrial Cutting Saw Experience.
• Wood Cutting experience desired.
• Ability to use/read a tape measure in MM and IN for quality checks and machine adjustments.
• Good record of attendance at previous jobs.
• Experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time.
• Eagerness to grow career and represent company values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and adjusting machines to improve performance.
• Maintaining machinery through routine maintenance and repairs.
• Following instructions from blueprints, diagrams, and job orders.
• Producing goods using various machining tasks such as turning, milling, drilling, or boring.
• Ensuring high quality products through quality control measures.
• Reporting any problems encountered to supervisors.
