About The Position

The Label Coordinator is responsible for generating product labels using the Avery label machine, ensuring that all labels contain the proper information and meet NSA’s and customer specifications. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma, additional schooling preferred.
• One year of data entry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate product labels on Avery label machines to NSA’s/customers’ specifications.
• Pull all supplier-supplied tags for orders.
• Ensure all labeling is correct for the sewing department.
• File pick tickets in a timely manner.
• Weekly inventory reports.
• Adjust heat transfer quantities in TCM as needed.
• Backup for heat transfers made in-house.
• Inspect received labels, logos, and patches.
• Other duties as assigned.
