About The Position
As a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position requires you to work an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at 7:00 AM. You will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores, relocating merchandise throughout the warehouse, and preparing items for shipment. Your duties will also include sorting, organizing, and loading merchandise strategically, as well as unloading incoming shipments from trucks. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse is essential, and you will participate in inventory counts and provide input to management on process improvements. In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills as you interact with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership. You will be expected to act independently within your delegated responsibilities and assist management in achieving budgeted goals. Following established procedures and safety guidelines is critical, as is the ability to operate equipment safely. You will also be required to notify management of any product quality or safety concerns.
