About The Position

The Warehouse Associate position at ALDI is a full-time role focused on efficiently managing stock and fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment. The associate will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and relocating merchandise, as well as maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments from trucks.
• Performs general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Cooperates and interacts effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input to management regarding process improvements.
• Inspects product and consults with management on quality and safety concerns.
• Acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assists management in achieving budgeted goals.
• Performs all tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.
• Follows ergonomic program procedures.
• Operates equipment safely in performance of job functions.
• Notifies management of product quality and safety issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
