About The Position

The 1st Shift Floor Associate is primarily responsible for removing debris from the floor and keeping the floor hosed down and clean. The associate must always use and maintain personal protective equipment and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relative poultry industry experience.
• Must have three or fewer occurrences to be eligible.
• Must not have received disciplinary action in the last six months to be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area around their assigned line.
• Wash floor and line during breaks.
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform all tasks assigned by members of management.
• Follow directions and work in other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
