Requirements

• Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support technicians, optimizing labor and cell flow for efficiency and quality
• Manage production schedules, inventory needs, staffing, and workflow decisions
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Maintain open communication with technicians and leadership
• Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel matters in compliance with state and federal laws
