About The Position
As a Trainer at Smithfield Foods, you will be responsible for training employees on the safe use of material handling equipment and teaching fellow employees the accurate execution of distribution center processes and procedures. When opportunities to train are not available, you will perform material handler duties as directed by the operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all employees are trained in a consistent and accurate manner, setting a positive safety example in the distribution center.
