Requirements

  • Must be able to work assigned shifts and rotating weekends.
  • Candidate must be willing to submit to a post offer drug screen and Health Assessment.
  • Applicant must be organized, able to work independently, and able to bend, climb, twist, and lift 50lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining grounds area which will include painting facility/equipment/piping/etc.
  • Mowing, trimming, cleanup/pick up trash, pulling weeds and miscellaneous grounds keeping duties.
  • Responsible for Fire Watch and monitoring.
  • Complete reports as required for fire watch.
