Batching Prep will be responsible for preparing ingredients to be used in various recipes. Schedule: Monday–Fridays; Start time is 6:00 AM year-round, with a varying end time. Occasionally changes to work schedule may occur due to production or training needs. As our 1st Shift Batching Prep, you’ll: Learn and follow MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs. Learn and follow all Food Safety procedures. Wear all required personal protective equipment. Read and follow recipe to gather all required ingredients in specified amounts. Prepare, measure, and weigh ingredients for assigned recipe and station. Verify ingredient quality and notify assigned Supervisor and Quality Control if there are quality questions and/or concerns. Track and record all lot numbers on tracking sheets. Label containers per required procedures. Support inventory tracking efforts. Additional duties as assigned.
