Operate RDS System and brine flume to maintain temperature and salinity. Report brine system, string extruders and brine chiller issues to production and maintenance department. Set-up and inspect work area for cleanliness and readiness. Operate string cutters and frequently monitor extruded cheese to ensure proper weight and length specifications. Maintain and document daily cutter operations log. Communicate with packaging department about products and product flow. Communicate with production about products, product flow, product quality and/or concerns. Communicate with lab tech, maintaining proper product size. Work with sanitation to disassemble mixers, mixer pipes, string extruders and storage of end-of-the-day product. Add salt to the brine system. Other duties as assigned. Your Education and Experience. High school diploma or general education degree (GED/HSED) required or minimally enrolled with anticipated completion in 12 months or less Prior manufacturing experience is a plus Your Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Willingness to complete fork lift certification upon hire. Ability to learn and carry out lock out tag out procedures as required. Ability to occasionally lift 10-80 lbs. Our Story. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED/HSED) required or minimally enrolled with anticipated completion in 12 months or less
  • Must be 18 years or older.
