About The Position

This position is a Collections and Care team for Lease to own products - They offer leasing to own for furnitures and appliances for home and businesses
Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills
Should have prior experience in customer service and collections
Should have a strong command of the English language

Requirements

• 3 or more CXC subjects
• Must have sales and cold-calling experience
• At least 2 years of stable employment in previous jobs
• Must be mature and demonstrate stability in employment record
• Ideal candidate must have an eye for detail
• Must have at least 6 months experience in collections
• Excellent written communication skills
• Candidate should be able demonstrate strong work ethic
