About The Position
COME GROW WITH US! Radius Global Solutions is currently hiring Collectors/Call Center Agents to join our Team. APPLY TODAY to become part of a growing team and to start earning UNLIMITED income! $12-$15/hr (Based on experience) plus a performance-based incentive after training. Training is 2-3 weeks Monday-Friday 7am-4pm CST.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales and/or Telemarketing.
- Proven ability and desire to help people.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus.
- Engaging and enthusiastic personality.
- Confident, clear and effective communication style.
- Organized, self-driven and goal-oriented.
- Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy.
- High School Diploma or GED are required.
