Must have first-party collections experience or sales experience to be considered
Hardcore Sales Mindset: Should have steady employment for the last 2 years with no gaps of question or frequent job changes
Stable Work History: 2 years of consistent employment with no significant gaps
Collections or Sales Background: Required - candidates must have experience in collections or sales
Background Check and Drug Screen: Required for all candidates
Schedule Availability: Must be available Monday through Saturday, 8AM to 5PM or 11AM to 8PM (Sundays closed)
