About The Position
Seeking an experienced 1st Class Pipefitter for shipyard/industrial work in Houma. Responsibilities include layout, fabrication, installation, and repair of piping systems per blueprints. Must work safely and independently.
Requirements
- 3+ years pipefitting experience
- Ability to read blueprints and isometrics
- Knowledge of safe work practices
- Ability to work 40–50 hours per week
Nice To Haves
- Shipyard or marine experience
- Hydraulic/pneumatic system experience
- Certifications (NCCER or similar)
