Tanana Valley Clinic 1st Care, a walk-in medical clinic, is seeking a Physician to join their highly experienced and growing team. Tanana Valley Clinic 1st Care is an ED-light clinic that manages a variety of health concerns, including orthopedic injuries, minor traumas, acute and chronic illness, and pediatric complaints. Our team provides advanced diagnostics through our on-site lab and radiology, with efficient access to an advanced imaging center. As the go-to community provider for walk-in care, you can expect that every day will present new and exciting challenges.

Requirements

• Medical degree and board certification in relevant specialty.
• Valid medical license to practice in Alaska.
• Experience in a walk-in or urgent care setting is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with telemedicine.
• Familiarity with advanced imaging techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of health concerns including orthopedic injuries, minor traumas, acute and chronic illness, and pediatric complaints.
• Provide advanced diagnostics through on-site lab and radiology.
• Consult and collaborate with other providers in a collegial and collaborative environment.
• See roughly 30 patients per day, ranging in age from 2 days to 99 years.
