Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role or management position in a retail or food service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the fuel or travel plaza industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in directing and coordinating overall store operations of a truck stop/travel plaza.
• In the absence of the General Manager, responsible for customer service and supervision of employees.
• Ensure adherence to store standards and inventory management.
• Oversee merchandising and maximization of sales and profits.
