About The Position
The Grinder position involves keeping all recyclable resin ground and stored, monitoring and reporting scrap and trashed resin weights to the Production Manager, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. The role includes essential functions such as regrinding, removing and grinding runners, scrapped parts, and purgings from molding machines, and ensuring proper labeling and storage of regrinds.
